Session Description

Healthcare in the United States is complex. It is hard to navigate. It is hard even for pros to know what what the best next step should be. It is hard to find trusted resources. Leaders from QUIL will come together to discuss how their diverse journeys to QUIL mirror and illustrate the unique capabilities of its investors and how this combination is poised to bring radical change to healthcare.


Alex Apollonsky, VP Technology, QUIL

Alex Apollonsky is Senior Vice President of Engineering at QUIL. Prior to QUIL, Alex served as CTO of Mana Health, a healthcare solution that integrates patient records across multiple platforms and healthcare systems. Alex is a technology leader with experience leading teams and delivering projects for both private and public sectors, including multiple public safety projects for the New York City and Philadelphia. In his free time Alex enjoys travel, target archery, and camping adventures with his kids.

Elizabeth Hatfield, Director Project Management, QUIL

Elizabeth Hatfield is the Director of Project Management at QUIL and brings years of experience managing technical teams and navigating the ever-changing world of technology products. She is the mother of twins and is thus endlessly seeking efficiency in her life, job, and all those around her. When she isn’t practicing servant leadership she loves wine, cheese, nature, animals, crushing people at connect four, and loving all that life has to offer.

Megan Mabe, Director Content Operations, QUIL

Megan Mabe is Head of Content Operations at QUIL. Prior to launching a career in healthcare, Megan worked in the U.S. Intelligence Community. Over the course of her tenure there, Megan became an expert in the psychology and art of human intelligence, a skill that has served her well in building consensus at large organizations including Comcast. Megan specializes in growing businesses, building teams, and fostering a strong workplace culture. Megan holds a B.A. in telecommunications from Penn State University. She lives in Wayne, Pennsylvania, with her husband and two daughters.

Tim Wilson, VP Finance, QUIL

Tim Wilson has focused his career on understanding and driving change at incumbent, broad-reaching industries that impact people’s everyday lives. Today he is Vice President of Finance at QUIL where he brings years of investment and business building expertise across the energy and healthcare sectors to help drive QUIL’s health innovation vision. Tim describes his professional superpower as “curiosity”.

Ray Woods, VP Creative, Engagement & Design, QUIL

Ray Woods brings an art trained eye & mind for seeing the potential in new ideas. With a career spanning agencies and four major media companies he has lead a drive for change and innovation from the inside out. Restlessly looking for what is over the next hill, it is not a surprise as Vice President of Creative & Experience Design at QUIL, that he is leaving no stone unturned to improve individuals journeys through health care. He also enjoys trees, clouds and his cats.
