Session Description

What was once a legacy-oriented industry, highly reliant on one-on-one relationships and solid portfolio management, the real estate sector is now fast being disrupted by rapidly growing technological innovation, R&D, data analytics and venture capital investment. No doubt the convergence of technology is driving the real estate marketplace to create new solutions for the residential and commercial sectors as well as cities. However, the evolution of PropTech is more significant than just that. It is rapidly becoming a part of a broader digital democratization which is driving both technological, experiential and cultural engagement of the real estate industry.
