Among that stuff: managing all the radio, digital and social content at XPN, and he’s Executive Producer of World Cafe, distributed by NPR. Bruce also serves on the Board of Directors for PRX (Public Radio Exchange), the Americana Music Association, and Mighty Writers and is an adjunct teacher at University of Pennsylvania and Temple University’s Klein School of Media and Communication. Michael McArthur is an experienced music executive with a great understanding of culture and entertainment. Michael began his career in the sales/marketing division at Polygram and Universal Music Group Distribution. He later served as the Northeast Marketing manager for Island/Def Jam records where he marketed and promoted artists such as Jay-Z, Kanye West, LL Cool J and Mariah Carey to name a few.
McArthur co-founded his management firm, Mama's Boys Entertainment Group, in Philadelphia. The company discovered and helped launch the career of Musiq Soulchild. He served as an executive producer for his first album Aijuswanaseing as well as Juslisen and Luvanmusiq which both debuted at #1 on the Billboard Top 200 charts. The management firm represents Grammy Award winning recording artist Estelle, celebrity Dj Aktive, Sony ATV singer/songwriter Kristal Oliver, platinum producer Ivan Barias and artist/actress Brave Williams.
