Live entertainment today is far more than a performance—it’s a fully designed experience that blends music, storytelling, technology, logistics, and brand into immersive cultural moments. From global broadcasts to large-scale arts festivals and arena tours, what audiences see as seamless is the result of deep collaboration between artists, creative directors, engineers, technologists, and producers working behind the scenes. As expectations rise and experiences must resonate both in-person and across digital platforms, the definition of “live” is expanding. This session brings together leaders shaping major cultural moments to explore how the live experience economy is evolving—and what it takes to design events that are emotionally powerful, technologically sophisticated, and built to scale.
