The Spring Garden area east of Broad Street was once a thriving residential and industrial corridor. After years of abandonment and decay, the area is being revitalized as a creative hub for the 21st-century. This tour will look at some of the innovative developments underway on and around Spring Garden Street. We’ll discuss the area’s past, present, and future potential. The tour begins with an orientation from the rooftop at 990 Spring Garden. Following that we’ll tour spaces and look at buildings being brought back to life by innovative developer Arts & Crafts Holdings.
